“@sueglasgow has changed my life tremendously since the start of the pandemic. I was diagnosed with stenosis, compression of the spine and I was in constant pain along with an old ski shoulder injury which was never corrected. I joined Sue\’s online zoom class at the start of the pandemic and have embraced it with gusto. You can sign up for recorded videos of Sue\’s Foundation Training classes globally. Sue is also a qualified deep tissue massage therapist and knows the anatomy in depth, muscle and bone structure. Sue focuses on core strength, balance and posture to strengthen one\’s body. Sue has taken years off my life I have free range movement now with NO MORE PAIN! ”

“After having a car crash five years ago I suffered whiplash and have continuously struggled since. Every aspect of my life has been affected, from daily chores, picking up my young child to wearing heels in the evening. Recently I have been for a series of 6 deep muscular treatments and it has transformed my life. My physical condition has far improved and as a result my emotional outlook on life has changed, being able to hold my child and perform everyday tasks without hesitation is a real relief. Thank you so much Sue”

“In August 2019 I struggled to walk off a golf course mid-round and was diagnosed with Sciatica, which rendered me pretty much unfit for any purpose. After pain control injections, refusal of operations, rest and pain killers, my mechanical failure was eventually resolved by my brilliant osteopath, but I was left without confidence, so physically and mentally still messed up. He suggested I book in with Sue for regular deep tissue massage and Foundation Training for my rehabilitation. Essentially, Sue combines deep tissue sports massage with teaching me Slings with Foundation Training. Focussing on breath, posture and movement to reduce pressure and stress on my lumbar spine and how to exercise and stretch safely on a daily basis. I’m back playing golf and have regained my confidence over the fear of it all going horribly wrong again, and if my golf is rubbish, I can always blame Sue!”

“Staying steady on your feet isn’t just about muscle strength — it’s about how well your brain interprets the world around you. With applied neuroscience, we train the brain’s balance, coordination, and reaction systems so you can move with more confidence and stability. Whether you want to prevent falls, recover faster from a stumble, or simply feel more sure-footed in daily life, this work helps you stay strong, steady, and ready for whatever life throws your way.”
